We’d like to see all of the coaches to be at Laila’s level. We’ve seen too many with backs turned for too long while excessive mounting and rough behaviors were happening.

Titus is always excited to go. I really like that I can watch him on the webcam. Before the app update you could access a larger view of the rooms; post update, you can’t increase the size of your view (but you can zoom in).

We’re still working on socializing Titus and he isn’t great with most people yet. He loves the whole Dogtopia team, and that says a lot!

I can’t say enough great things about Benji Dogtopia in Garden City! From the moment we walked in, I could tell this place was different, clean, well-run, and full of genuinely caring staff. But two employees really stand out: Lupe and Esme.

I appreciate the convenience of having cameras that allow me to monitor my dog. It not only provides peace of mind but also enables me to observe her interactions with other dogs. The friendly employees ensure that the place is clean, safe, and engaging for the dogs.

I like the food variety and choices and all the different services you offer whether I use them or not. It’s nice to know they are available.

Everyone’s so welcoming and kind. They treat the dogs as if there were their own pets. It makes me feel very comfortable knowing my baby is well taken care of.
