We love the web cam so we can see our dog.
Staff is great with our dog.

You use blk Matt’s in the bottom of your crates,my dog chewed on it during nap time and swallowed some, some of the Matt’s are broken and I think thst is very dangerous. I have since talked to employees about this problem and from now on they will not put a mat in his crate ,I know you do this to keep it clean but broken Matt’s schould be disposed off.my dog gets very good care and I love being able to ck in on him during the day

Sending Dug to Dogtopia was the best decision I’ve ever made as a dog mom. Before he went, he was destructive and restless at home. I attributed that to him just being a young dog, but it turns out he just had so much pent up energy and I couldn’t meet his exercise and socialization needs due to my work schedule. Once he started going to daycare, he became a completely different dog. With his exercise and social needs finally met, he relaxed so much at home and his manners got a thousand times better! His destructive behavior, like chewing things he shouldn’t, completely ended. Dogtopia is a wonderful facility, and the staff is second to none. They are all so kind and friendly and their love for their jobs and the dogs is so genuine. He gets greeted by name when we walk in and runs into their arms without even looking back to say goodbye to mom! He has so much fun there and we absolutely love watching him play with his friends on the webcam. The staff are so loving and playful with the dogs and I trust them completely. I would never take Dug anywhere else!

Easy, accessible, they treat my dog like their own

Elvis, my Frenchie, goes to day care once a week to burn off energy. He is in such a hurry to get out of the car that it’s a struggle to snap on his leash. I enjoy watching him run with the big dogs via the Webcam. We live just a few minutes away, but he is sometimes snoring before we get home because he has played so hard.

I have always been and continue to be so pleased with the services and especially with the staff.
They are so kind and helpful. I am always happy with the service i receive.

I like how caring everyone is. They obviously love their jobs and the dogs in their care. Our dog loves going to Dogtopia.

Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Lucy Lu is always happy to go there. She will go out and potty when I pick her up and she turns and tries to go back in.
