We love Dogtopia! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Our dog seems happy there. She is excited to go in and play. I love that we can check on her and see how she is doing while we are gone. We are very happy with our experience with Dogtopia.
Every employee that you all have there is so nice bogey loves it and he loves everybody there everybody pays so much attention to him and he just loves the whole place I mean you all take good care of the dogs all of them he likes going outside he likes going when it’s warm outside to the pool I recommended anybody I see I recommend dogtopia

Loved the communication, I wish I got an update when Montana moved from his meet and greet to the play room/ gained video access then during the first day!
It would be helpful to have a report sheet sent home about what he did that day.
We love that the staff knows Penny and greet her happily when she arrives and sad to see her go. We love that serve her lunch we pack her. They interact with the dogs during their play time and monitor them all day. It’s clean and Penny comes home clean and happy. She is happy to get to go!
My boxer Boss loves going. That is the best part of your services, knowing he loves to go indicates to me that it is a good place. Also, the staff is friendly and always greets him with a smile and a good morning. They also are caring and friendly. I highly recommend Dogtopia!!
It’s very clean and the people are super friendly
Not sure if this is something that could actually change, but i wish my dog did not come home smelling like the cleaning products! They have a very distinct smell. I appreciate that dogtopia is a clean place though so maybe there’s nothing to be done.
Harbor always is happy to be there, and the staff is very friendly.
Not much is needed to improve. When I watch the dogs on video they just seem to be there waiting for something to happen. Perhaps a few more obstacle course toys or furniture to interact with. The people at Dogtopia are great –
