The receptionists & groomers are very furry family friendly which guarantees our return. We quickly learned there are some dog groomers in Louisville that won’t groom elderly dogs -or- dogs with pug noses, my Shih Tsu is 14+ so finding Dogtopia was wonderful. My poor dog was a matted mess by the time we got her in for grooming & she came out clean, cut, & happy.

I really like how friendly the staff is, and how well my dog, Bijou, likes everyone. I love that there are video cams, which I always watch when I have her doggie daycare. I think it’s great that staff will give Bijou her left over breakfast that I bring.
