Brian Smith, General Manager
Brian is dedicated to creating meaningful, lasting change for dogs and the people who care for them. His approach centers on behavioral training, using clear communication, consistency, and real-world application to create lasting change. As the General Manager, he applies these principles to build safe, structured environments where dogs can succeed in group play and teams are empowered to lead with confidence. With experience supporting rescue and shelter dogs, Brian is dedicated to training solutions that build trust, reduce problem behaviors, and strengthen the human-dog bond- driving better outcomes for dogs, staff, and the daycare community as a whole.
