They did a great job boarding our dog with separation anxiety. She ended up having a fun time.

My dog loves going to daycare!!! Friendly staff, clean environment, reasonable pricing. Lots of fun activities and crafts. It’s like preschool for dogs!

Very beautiful facility and great people

Easy to schedule, friendly staff!

My dog seems really happy.

My pup is always so excited to be at Dogtopia! As soon as we pull up she races to the door and is always greeted by an enthusiastic and kind staff member. They are responsive to requests and never make you feel like a pain when you check in. It is peace of mind when you leave your dog at such a warm and inviting place ❤️

I love the patients u have with me. I know I can be a pest and I’m a mama bear with little Teddy. He has come so far since he’s been coming there you are teaching him how to be obedient and listening to who is speaking to him you have taught me a lot how to be with my little puppy I’ve had dogs my whole life, but I gotta be honest there’s a lot I didn’t know till I started coming to Dogtopia so thank you for your kindness your patience and your understanding of the mother bear.

Flexibility and friendliness.

I like that my dog was put in a room where she seems comfortable. She is more people focused than dog focused, so I would like her to get more acclimated to playing with other dogs and do less following the room monitor around.

She comes home and does not smell like dog pee, so that’s a plus! The room seems to be cleaned regularly based on the webcam video I love being able to check in on her during the day with the webcam.

That being said, in watching the monitors in the room with the dogs, they tend to push my dog away when she appears to be seeking attention from them and I’m not sure why. They tend to receive kisses and give attention to other dogs, petting them when the dog jumps on them, but my dog is always pushed away whether or not she’s standing next to the monitor or trying to jump on them. It would be helpful to understand why this is happening.

Also, my dog is a barker and I know she barks for attention. If the monitor is not responding to the barking, my dog is VERY stubborn and will just continue to bark and seek their attention. So a little more communication on what they are seeing and why they are not giving her any attention would be helpful to understand.

Pickups and dropoffs are easy and quick. But, being new to Dogtopia, getting a bit more feedback at pickup would be appreciated. What can we do at home to make things easier during the day at doggie daycare? Are there bad habits we need to work on with our dog? I think that’s the biggest reason why my score is what it is – I’m looking for a little more communication from staff.

I have been very happy with Dogtopia. My pup and I are greeted each visit by a very helpful and happy staff member. They always remember the dogs name and she is thrilled to see them. She comes home happy and tired every time. I highly recommend Dogtopia.
