Dogtopia of Tysons Corner Invites You to a Training Workshop

Come hear a trainer from Dog Latin discuss how dogs learn, common behavior issues and training solutions using force free, reward-based methods, along with a Q&A. This workshop is free but a $10 contribution is welcome. Dogs are welcome to come to daycare during the workshop for $10. They will be welcome in future workshops. Register by February 16th!

Meet the Trainer

Juliana, Dog Latin’s Senior Trainer, graduated with distinction from the  Karen Pryor Academy  (KPA) for professional dog trainers, earning her the KPA Certified Training Partner title. She is also a Certified Professional Dog Trainer-Knowledge Assessed (CPDT-KA) from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers .
After becoming a certified dog trainer, Juliana spent two years working in the behavior department at the Humane Rescue Alliance. She now focuses primarily on private clients, specializing in a wide range of behavior issues from basic manners to aggression.  Juliana is the on-air trainer for News Channel 8’s The Pet Show with Dr. Katy, and frequently presents behavior seminars around the DMV. She thrives on the opportunity to give sound, science-based training advice to everyday dog owners, helping them enhance the bonds with their pets.
