Topaz absolutely loves going to Dogtopia. From the moment we walk in, the energy is always positive and welcoming.

Ms. Sam, the assistant manager, is consistently there at either drop-off or pick-up with a great attitude- friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. It’s gotten to the point where Topaz won’t even leave without saying bye to her, which says a lot.

The coaches, Eleanor, Dakota, and Lamar are amazing. You can tell they genuinely care about the dogs and make sure they’re safe, engaged, and having a good time.

It’s reassuring knowing Topaz is in such good hands.

We love Dogtopia of Tysons Corner! The staff is incredible (shout out to the GM Sam) and the level of care they provide really stands out.

They keep things fun and engaging with enrichment activities like obstacle courses, pool parties, arts & crafts, and themed celebrations, which is perfect for an active pup. Fred gets so excited every time we pull up…he can’t wait to go in!

Most importantly, I know he’s with people who truly love dogs, and that means everything. So grateful for this team and the care they give my little puppy.

Staff are friendly and truly care about the health, safety and happiness of my dog. They welcome him when he arrives and provide feedback on his daily activities when I pick him up.

I love all the different enrichment activities, the employees’ enthusiasm, and the facility itself. The dogs all look so happy 🥹

You all are too expensive. I love everything you offer, but wish more was included in your price- such not having to pay for the daily treat or every five visits you get a free treat. Since you raised your prices I think twice before doing an extra day.

Dogtopia staff especially Sam have taken the best care of my dogs! Always has the best attitude and is so caring and helpful. We love the staff and are grateful for the care they give to my dogs.

We bring our dogs Gigi and Max twice a week and have been really pleased with the experience. The facility is consistently clean, the dogs are well-supervised, and the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly. Sam is an exceptional manager: organized, warm, and she genuinely knows each dog’s personality, which means a lot to us as pet owners. The best sign is that our dogs come home completely worn out and content every single time. That tells us everything.

We’ve had a great experience with Dogtopia of Tysons Corner. Our dog, Grace Michael Jones, absolutely loves it and thrives on the attention she gets. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and communicates really well. We trust them completely—she always comes home happy and tired from playing with her friends.

Tysons Corner Dogtopia staff takes great care of my 2 border collies! (3 & 2.5 yrs old).
I’ve been using 3 days/wk subscriptions which has been working out nicely. I divide their days 3/4; 3 days of social/play time w their Dogtopia pup pup friends / 4 days of backyard/outside time at home. On Dogtopia days, I always sign them up for fun activities i.e. obstacle courses, personalized art crafts, super fun photo shoots and also personal play time/brain games! Border collies need constant brain stimulation, hence I love these extracurricular activities. I do not mind the extra cost for these activities either, because good portion of it goes to supporting Military Veterans Service Dogs <3!!! Sam Barker, AGM, is Dogtopia's gem!!! Her excellent & personable customer service skills are definitely worth mentioning. Like everything else in life, Dogtopia Tysons Corner is not perfect. Nothing is! However, whenever I express my concerns, Sam addresses it immediately and also reaches out via tel. AND responds to my email right away! I would like to also mention that Elinor Miller, Pet Parent Coordinator, has also been awesome taking care of my pups and making sure they are happy, hence I am happy 🙂 Lastly, Ty, one of the Room Coaches, who's been there as long as i remember (it's been 2.5 yrs. since I started using this facility) is another stellar staff! I just wish she could be in the room where my pups are... 🙁 Thank you Dogtopia Tysons Corner staff!!!

I love knowing Maddie is safe and cared for while I am away. Sam is a great leader with imaginative ideas for the facility. It always looks and smells clean and I enjoy seeing the wall of their clients.
