The staff are professional, beautifully mannered and they get to know the individual dogs quickly. I was surprised and delighted that as soon as I walked in after Peanuts first full day, one of the gentlemen knew who I was and told me, without me asking, that Peanut had a spent a lot of time under a table – Peanut was shy, so the gentleman coaxed him out gently. In addition the lady on the reception desk rang up my bill as if she knew me, and was kind and friendly. Pretty amazing staff all around.
Our dog loves coming to Dogtopia, he gets really excited as we turn into the car park.
More importantly I have trust in the staff. They all seem to really enjoy being around the dogs and making sure all runs smoothly.
