The employees are all super friendly and great. There have been a lot of issues with the computer system which can be frustrating. There’s a lot of dogs for one person keeping an eye on them, though.
Fantastic experience! Sam is the “Dog Whisperer”! All the staff, especially Sam, are truly wonderful with my dogs, Bella and Honey. Bella has anxiety around other dogs, but after just one day with Sam, she is now “boppin’ around, looking all happy” around her new friends! The facility is clean and well maintained!
I was able to get a last minute bath that my puppy desperately needed.
