Our dog, Louie has so much fun at Dogtopia and is always happy when he arrives! Everyone is so friendly, both to me and to Louie. The employees know his name, which is comforting. The location is also clean, and there is peace of mind having the cameras available!
I love that the staff at Dogtopia of Four Seasons know my pup’s name and are always excited to see her! They take great care of her during the day and I can see how much fun they’re having together through the live feed camera through the app. I also love that they provide enrichment activities (arts and crafts, birthday celebrations, etc.) so my pup always has an exciting day!
The space is clean and looks well taken care of. I like the cameras and like seeing that someone is almost always with the pups. Staff is super friendly with great attitudes
Location and care of animsls
We knew we were getting a puppy last summer and we when we found out a Dogtopia was opening very close to our home we were thrilled. Fast forward 10 months and we couldn’t imagine dog ownership without having Dogtopia there for us. Our pup loves going there! She’s signed up for one day per week but sometimes we add a second day or even a day time weekend visit. The staff is great and she takes nice long naps after playing with her pals all day long.
Jason and his crew are SO wonderfully helpful!! we were in a pinch with our two red labs, and needed help boarding and fast. He went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of. And while we were away, the staff would send us photos and updates of our dogs! I can’t say enough about how fantastic this group is
