I find it very inconvenient to have Dogtopia closed from 12-2 each day. Half days often work into my schedule and I’m ready to pick up my dogs around 1230 or 1 and can’t. Same with dropping off – we had to drop our dogs off at 1130 yesterday when actually, 1:00 would have been much better. Otherwise, most of the staff is very friendly and appear to love their jobs and our dogs seem happy and well cared for.

Everything!! How they greet Madison when we arrived in the morning. How theythey called me when Madison was bit on her nose. They called me when her nose started bleeding and recommended to take her to our vet. I couldn’t get her in that Friday so I took her to Banfield in Pet Smart.
We are always greeted with a happy smile, and made to feel like we are family. Our dog scooter enjoys his day, and is tired when he gets home.
Communications
Like that small dogs remain with other small dogs. The rooms have cameras to view our dogs during the day. They have quiet time and go into kennels.
