Literally everything! From the front desk to the coaches in the rooms! Everyone is amazing!
I love that staff seem enthusiastic about their jobs and excited to see my pup. The facility is very clean, does not smell like urine and my pup smells nice when I pick them up.
Everyone is very personable and they are great with my fur baby. I love the text messages and website viewing.
We (my doggo and I) LOVE Dogtopia of Shadow Lake in Papillion, NE. The staff there are very friendly and welcoming!! They are always attentive to my dog’s needs and they treat him like family!!! Again, he loves going there as he always has a great time! Would recommend this place again and again!!! Thank you Dogtopia and staff for caring so much for our little fur babies!!

They really love dogs and take great care of their furry visitors while in their care. We board our dog regularly there and have no worries while we are away.
