The staff. You have really great staff there at this time.
I love the hours, the staff so nice and professional. They have cameras so I can check on my baby all day. They send texts to see if I would have Hershey have a snack. There is a spa available if you would like them to bath your baby, get their nails clipped. They take such good care of al the fur babies.
The people who work there and how they remember my boy and love my dog like I do!

All staff are very welcoming and friendly. The customer service is accommodating. The communication is great. Our pup is always wagging his tail when I bring him foirat thing and exhausted on ride home

The employees working at the Brick Dogtopia are exceptional They care for the dogs and I have no worries leaving my precious pet with them. I am hesitant to let her visit pet daycare places like Dogtopia in Florida, but Madison is in love with the Brick location and I trust the people who care for her which of course, is a huge part of why any pet parent would trust their precious pet to a sitter/ day care.
