Connie is always well cared for. The staff watch over her (especially since she’s elderly and can’t hear). They make sure she is comfortable. I also like the option to see (on the cameras in the app) how she is doing. The facility is also very clean.

everyone was very sweet. we were able to watch our dog during his stay. he was tired and happy when he came home!

All personnel greet each dog by their names as they enter the building to go to their rooms. There is always some kind of activity for the dogs. Birthdays are celebrated. Pictures are taken for each celebration to memorialize the event. They are dedicated to make the dog’s time there as special and enjoyable as possible. Our dog, Phebie, loves to o and has made many dog and human friends.

My dog is very happy going and has benefited greatly from the socialization.

Staff is wonderful my dog loves going there. The only thing I would really like to see from Dogtopia is more flexibility in half days. In a dog daycare center.in Florida they allow 1/2 day rate for any stay under 6 hours

The staff is wonderful. The animals are well cared for and it is obvious that the staff loves the animals. Questions are answered quickly and they always try to help with any concerns.

Friendly and very accommodating staff. I get lots of updates. Our dog has been going there for day care and the occasional sleepover. He’s always thrilled when he arrives and tired when we pick him up. The webcam is an extra bonus to view your puppy at play

I recently went on a trip and was very nervous about leaving my 2 dogs anywhere, both adopted under 6 months ago, and I was a bit nerve wrecked. We typically have someone stay at the house, but they were unable to this particular week. We researched and found a few options and decided to look into dogtopia first, mainly because they had live stream cameras. we made appointments to have them evaluated there for a stay. We watched the eval on the camera and the introductions and how they were handled and were very impressed. While waiting we also were able to interact with some other pet owners dropping off for day care, all of whom had nothing but amazing things to say. We decided to leave our pups in their care. I was able to log in and watch them the entire vacation, and they were having such fun, I was so happy to see they were being taken care of in such a caring way. They came home bathed and full of kisses and tail wags. I will 100% recommend them and will be using them for all my future petsitting needs.
