I didn’t realize it till I got home that the dogs weren’t fed properly. I provided three containers of food.
1) dry food with instructions for 1/4 cup for each dog.
2) wet food which contained chicken for Ashton.
3) wet food mixture for Gillian.
Instructions for the wet said 1/3. They were staying three nights.
At checkin, I explained to the two employees at the counter that 1/3 meant 1/3 of the CONTAINER. One person wrote that down while the other allegedly entered it into the computer.
Imagine my surprise when I got home and unpacked an almost full container of chicken (Ashton) and more than half container of mixture (Gillian). I expected to come home with no leftovers at all. I can only assume that they were fed 1/3 cup and not 1/3 of the container. Needless to say, they must have been starving! This is especially distressing because they are on their feet all day.
I appreciate the vetting process for my pup to ensure he’s in the right group. The webcam is a plus so I can check in during the day. The staff is great! Buddy can’t wait to get there to greet everyone.

I thought that the staff was very professional, and the facility was very clean. I also loved that I was able to see my little guy on my computer or phone anytime throughout the day! How cool is that! There is always someone in the room with the dogs. and the dogs are separated by size. i totally recommend this daycare.
