From the moment we met the crew, they listened to us and our concerns about bringing him around other dogs. That he may be afraid since a much larger dog went after him. They brought him into the room with dogs his size and he got along great. Offered him a protein bowl which is a special treat in itself. Exercised him, napped him all while making sure he would have fun, get accumulated to his surroundings. They offer so much which puts our minds at ease and we can view in on a camera to see how he is doing. The staff we met was great, experienced, loving, caring. Our dog enjoyed himself and made a lot of new friends.

The caretakers are amazing. They love the dogs they play with them and love on them …love the doggie playground and the “nap time” and cubby holes !

The play areas are always clean.

The ease of knowing my dog is in good hands. Everyone seems to really enjoy taking care of them. The app is great. Drop off and pickup are quick and easy. Super clean facility. So far it has been a pleasure taking Brock to daycare.

I am very happy with daycare so far, but I really wish someone was there overnight, so we could use the boarding.

I like that my dog is able to socialize daily and I can check in on him through the app/cameras while I’m at work.

I wish I received regular updates. When I pickup my pup, I am not given any feedback on his day. When he has been at daycare on event days, like a wellness day, nothing additional is said or provided.

The camera in the toy box room is often in black and white instead of color. The angle of this camera is also missing the front of the room where the staff usually stands. The dogs tend to play around this blind spot area likely because that’s where the staff is standing. The camera angle needs to be changed or moved entirely to get a better viewpoint of the room.

I am disappointed with the number of times my pup has been at daycare and been on rotation with the other room because someone had to leave early and they were understaffed. He only attends daycare once a week most weeks so for this to happen frequently is concerning. I am sending him to daycare so he does not spend time in his crate while I am working.
