Nice, friendly and caring staff with dogs and parents. Calm, organized, clean and creative environment. We can see the doggies joyfully playing through our cameras.

I like the theme days and activities, and the interactivity between the coaches and the pups. I also like that the cameras always work when they are supposed to be on.

I do wish you guys had some outdoor space to take the dogs on a nice day, and hope you can add that in the future.

Everyone was very helpful and seemed to care about my dog. Duke is very shy so we were very worried about bringing him in but the staff could not have been nicer to him. Thank you!

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I loved the tour and the comfort provided by staff reassuring me that my pup would be okay. My pup was indeed ok and had lots of fun!

The people are so nice, the facility is clean and well organized. My dog is always happy and excited to go, and sleepy when he gets home. I love that they give them lunch too. My only critique would be to have some sort of door chime or bell to ring when no one is at the front desk. I’m sometimes in a rush to make my train and have to wait a few minutes for someone to come out. Otherwise, everything about this location is amazing

Everyone so friendly both with me and my dog. They really care about her and making her comfortable.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. My dog gets a bit timid around new people and dogs and they made him feel very comfortable. The rooms are kept clean and cleaning supplies were ready to go if a dog does their business. I love that I’m able to access the webcams to see how my dog is doing throughout the day! Overall amazing experience!
