I like the access to the cameras so I can check on my pup.

Staff is friendly and pet centric. Clean facility. Our dog is always happy when he returns home after a day of play at Dogtopia. Live the monthly activities as well.

I enjoy bringing Gene to Dogtopia in Westmont! He gets so excited to go and always has a great time there. I so appreciate the time and care the team shows Gene when he is there. He has a unique personality and I love that the team is so nurturing toward him. I also greatly appreciate that the team took on the feedback i provided last time – in that there were often large lag times / understaffing in the morning where there would be a lot of pups waiting. This has not happened again since then. In addition, i asked that the team be more mindful in putting Gene’s bridle on when he leaves – this has improved dramatically and the whole team has taken up the challenge of figuring it out! I really appreciate how the team reacted to my feedback and made our overall experience so much better. Thank you Brandon and team!!!
