We requested a nail trim during my dog’s stay and it was not done. I wasn’t charged for it, the request was just ignored.
I can tell the people that work here are real dog lovers. They know everyone’s dog by name and treat everyone person and animal with care. My dog loves this place.
I have not been able to get anyone to answer the phone so far— that would really get me to give a 10! Everything else has been good.
