The staff is well informed and friendly. I feel very confident that Stella is getting cared for when she is at Dogtopia.

The New Rochelle staff is excellent and caring. I love the outdoor and indoor play and the fact that I can tune in and check on my pup via the app. My puppy was recently attacked by a dog while I was walking her and when I called Dogtopia to get advice on helping my pups trauma they had her come in for another meet and greet to ensure she does not remain traumatized by her incident and I have to say my girl is doing great. I also love that she is pretty tired making it easier for me to conduct tasks I need to get done when I get home before taking her out for a walk.

The staff is so friendly and Ginger literally runs into the building. We also love being able to peek with the cameras to see her during the day.

The staff is reliable, engaged and love dogs! We are happy to drop off and pick up our dog – there is no better experience than to have such a positive experience! Thank you Dogtopia New Rochelle team!

We left Sandy overnight at Dogtopia and she came home with severe diarrhea. I called the next day and was told someone would call me back and no one did. I am feeling that the sleeping accommodations (or water not clean?) are not working for her. Perhaps Dogtopia should offer other one on one overnight care at your house with a pickup and drop off service? My dog would do better sleeping at home even with no one around.

Dogtopia is very organized and friendly

More staff at the front desk during pickup and drop off hours. Especially the morning drop off hours if possible.

Sometimes my pet is not visible on the camera for a long time. I am worried she is crated or not interacting with the other dogs
