The staff are very good to the animals.
I used to go to Purr and Pooch, they did not value or appreciate their customers. Dogtopia does, here is why:
– Dogtopia’s hours are amazing. The 6am start time is crucial and the most critical aspect to your business’s success. I can drop off Annie off at 6am, and still be in my desk in NYC by 8am, epic!
– Dogtopia does not require a reservation to drop off. Families with hectic schedules that change in real time need to be able to drop off as needed. Dogtopia understands this and it is appreciated.
– The quick drop off and pick up is money! Busy families are always rushing to get to the bus, train, baseball practice or ballet. Drop off at Dogtopia is 30 seconds. At purr and pooch it was a whole production that took 4-8 minutes.
– Dogtopia employees are serious dog people who don’t take themselves seriously. Dogtopia’s people love dogs and are kind! What a great environment, this is clearly comes from management.
– Dogtopia is kind enough to feed Annie. Annie is a lab who will devour any food! Dogtopis is kind enough to offer to give Annie their donated food as necessary if I am rushing out the door.
– The dog treat jar is a small but thoughtful and generous addition to your lobby experience for your customers.
Our dog Reggie loves going to Dogtopia. He likes playing with the dogs and hanging out. It’s nice to know that he has a fun place to go to when he can’t be with us
The Dogtopia team is absolutely incredible! They care about my dog as if it were their own. They even extend their graciousness to my dad as he helps with pick up from time to time. I am so lucky to have them in our lives!
