The coaches and all of the staff are fantastic! I really like the personal attention when we come in and out. Everyone really cares about our pup’s experience and enjoyment.

Your team clearly loves dogs and treats each one like their own. It gives me peace of mind knowing my dog is in caring hands.

My dog Billy has been to Dogtopia in Clifton Park and he and I have loved it. He has never been boarded, but it was time for my 50th High School reunion, so that service was needed. Billy was greeted by name by 3 staff members, which certainly eased my worries. He had a blast there for 3 nights and was returned, freshly bathed, to me, and we traveled back home.

Thank you to everyone who played a role in my dog’s care! Simply the Best!

I like the flexible hours, the positive environment, knowledgable staff and fun special events. I love the extra services available like grooming. And, of course, I love being able to watch the webcams. One idea that might generate a little extra income for you (if other people were interested) could be a once a month “date night” where there was a short 3 hour session offered Friday or Saturday evening at a half day rate. Our dog is so happy when she is there and also when we are home with her, but has such separation anxiety that it makes a movie or long dinner out really challenging… sometimes she’s fine and others she wigs out. Thanks!

I love how kind and caring the staff is. For my dog’s first evaluation, the manager was very detailed, honest, and knowledgeable about the facility, dog behaviors, and answered all of my questions. He provided a detailed tour and went through all membership options that we both agreed would be best for my dog and our family. I love the ability to watch my dog play and interact with other dogs on the webcam and I truthfully love how after 2 visits the staff already knows Archer and have been keeping a good eye on him making sure he is adjusting well. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Sully has been attending Dogtopia for almost a year now. He has boarded twice and apparently never missed us once! He usually goes to daycare on Tuesday and let me say, this pup knows what day of the week it is! He stands at the door looking at his leash until it’s time to go! Love being able to check in on him during the day and he is ALWAYS playing and the coaches are great with all the dogs!
