Everything. The young woman who greeted us was kind, thoughtful and professional. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns. This is the first time I have ever used a doggie daycare.
The gentleman who took Charlie for the meet and greet was so good with Charlie. He knew just how to handle her and also answered all of my questions with respect.
When I picked her up I saw her on the tv screen and she really looked to be enjoying herself. The pick up was also overseen by kind and respectful people. I already booked her for another day!
