Great & friendly staff, ability to book appointments but flexible for day of calls for walk ins!
Send out monthly calendar more than 24 hours in advance. Ex- it’s 6/30 after 5pm, and the July calendar still has not been posted on social media. Many of us only bring our pet once weekly. With appointments booking up more and more, we need to know what days are when to plan accordingly. Kinda annoying.
Webcams, friendly staff, great hours of operation, ability to have a credit card on file and not need to worry about paying every time
