The dogs are not left unattended. There is always 1-2 people watching, interacting and walking around with them. No chairs to sit in and plant face in phone while ignoring the pups (seen that almost daily at our last dsycare). Employees know each dog and treat them well. Facility is clean and staff is friendly. Glad we found them just before they opened. It’s been a great experience…I don’t even care I have 5 days credit at former place about to expire, it’s so much better at Dogtopia NW Raleigh.

I’m a new customer. On my first visit I was happy to find a very clean facility, and the staff were also very friendly. My little dog doesn’t like to be separated from me but was relaxed with the staff and while mingling with other dogs in her size group. She is 9 years old now and has been staying at her old day care since she was six months old. However she appeared to have no problems with the switch to Dogtopia. I had to board her for several nights recently. This was her first time staying at Dogtopia after our initial visit. I was pleased to see that she was her usual happy little self when I picked her up. She had been given both medications correctly also. I would definitely recommend this Dogtopia facility. Everyone is so friendly, and I know when I leave my pups with them they’re in good hands. My dogs are always so tired by the end of the day!

SERIOUSLY ALL the people who work here are the best! You can tell how much they love what they do and every dog is treated like family – because we all know they are family to us! My baby absolutely loves coming here and that is the best feeling ever.
