Our dog loves to go to Dogtopia. We bring him two times per week. It’s great to see him so active and moving around with the other dogs. As soon as we say that it’s a Dogtopia day, he starts running to the garage door.
Everyone is so friendly and they seem to love all the dogs as evidenced by their reaction to the dogs that come and go while I’m in the office area.
Just about everything. The people. The dogs. The treats. The pictures. The updates. The report cards. The responsiveness of staff. Lainey loves it.
I really wish you guys would have a package so I don’t have to send my dogs twice a week or else I lose my money. If I could buy a “punch card” with 10 or 20 days and pay upfront, that would decrease the stress in knowing I HAVE to send my dogs twice a week or I lose my money. There are also some weeks when I want to send them 3+ days. So, the way you have it now is not ideal
The facilities are incredible, the staff is amazing and friendly, and they treat our dog like family!!
The webcam so I can check in on my fur baby, also the daily feedback and report cards.
My dog seems happy when she is there. The employees are friendly.
Dogtopia is amazing! Our dog Diamond loves going there on Saturdays. She loves the staff. I think she loves the staff more than the other dogs. Lol. I like that you can see her on camera. Whenever I take a peek she is always following the staff member around. As soon as we drive down the street her tail starts going and she gets excited because she knows she is going to Dogtopia.
Caring and informing me about my pup. Fun activities to keep them engaged. Safe and clean environment.
