I like the cleanliness of the facility.
Very clean facility, the staff were warm and welcoming. It is apparent that they love dogs and know each dog that arrives to the day care. We were very impressed and feel comfortable having our 2 dogs stay and play with the other dogs knowing that they are being cared for by staff members who know dogs and how to handle them. Thank you Dogtopia Solon!
Staff is friendly. A lot of activities for the dog. Very, very clean. Myles loves going to Daycare. His day is full of fun and activity. He comes home very tired. The staff is very hands on with all the dogs. Absolutely the best!

Williams has been coming to Dogtopia since they opened their doors in late 2023. I don’t even know where to begin explaining how much we love it there.
In his short life thus far, Williams has been a frequent flyer at 3 east side day cares (2-3 days a week for the last year). Dogtopia is BY FAR the best facility with the most amazing, caring, and well trained staff. I never question whether my baby is safe and cared for when he is there – I would not say the same for another facility close-by that we stopped using.
The Dogtopia app is the best doggy daycare app I’ve used – the cameras are high quality, it’s so simple to book days in advance, curbside pick up/drop off is available, and they have almost weekly special events that are so fun. In the last few months, Williams has made a Christmas ornament, a Valentine’s Day painting, and met the Easter Bunny, in addition to bubble days and special treats. Our other daycare has maybe 1-2 events per year.
The only downside for us, specifically, is that we live in Painesville. I literally drive past our other daycare that is much closer, but not as incredible, to bring him to Dogtopia, and I would gladly do it 5 days a week if I could justify the hour commute. Maybe we should just move closer?
