We love Dogtopia. The facilities are very clean, the staff are friendly and treat the dogs like their own. We also like that they have lots of fun activities for the dogs.
The people who work there and that is was very clean.
We like the convenience of location, the friendliness of staff, the cleanliness of the facility, the communication if/when there may be concerns about illness, the ease of the use of the app.
I feel that Herbie is safe and well-cared for. He can’t wait to get in the building and is happy when I pick him up!

Dogtopia of Solon was extremely welcoming and informative. I am a new dog parent with more than a few concerns for my rescue pup’s time at daycare. The owner took the time to explain procedures, cleaning protocols, and safety materials used in the facility. I was offered a tour and was able to see the layout and services offered. They also provide a brand new app where I can observe my little one through the video cam as she plays. My pup was given the time and space to acclimate to the facility and is already making friends.
Such a friendly staff who all are really wonderful with all the dogs.
