Interaction with other dogs. Socialization

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia! The staff is incredibly friendly, caring, and clearly loves dogs. My pup came home happy, relaxed, and tired from all the playtime. I really appreciated the photo updates and knowing he was safe and well looked after. The facility is clean, organized, and professional. I wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!

Pretty much everything. My chihuahuas like you all and they are chihuahuas, so good enough for me.

Everything. The staff is exceptional and the facilities are clean. I appreciate the cameras, as well. We have tried other daycares and our dog did not seem to like going. He practically jumps out of the car to go in and see everyone. I know there was a “jail break” LOL from the outside area. I am hoping all publicity and positive feedback from people actually go to the Solon location grows your business. I know my friends are now asking me and they might start bringing their dog.

The people who work there love dogs.

I feel that my dog is well-cared for and safe while he is at Dogtopia of Solon. I would like to see the dogs get outdoor time more often. It seems that they rarely get outside. That is part of my hesitation about using the boarding services as my dog may never get to see and smell the outdoors while I am gone. I also feel like there could be a better balance of the rooms. I know it is based on size and temperament, but it seems like there are always like 25 dogs in Toybox when there may be a handful of dogs in the other rooms.
