Easy to access, friendly and keeping my dog entertained.
I love the concept and that my dog seems to be very happy and playful at daycare. It is a big help when you are a working dog parent to know your dog is in a safe and happy environment.
The only thing that is a bit worrying is the high staff turnover.

I like that I can call same day as I want to book and speak to a person at the Guelph Location we visit. The staff is very supportive of both my dog and myself.
This has been very helpful for me as a Senior that doesn’t need regular daycare, yet does need daycare on short notice ie: Bad weather, Health and Caregiving issues as they often are not foreseeable.
I also like the option of 1/2 days as this has worked out well for us.

Very friendly and welcoming and my dog loves going there No problem if I need to change the day
Excellent customer service,. MY dog is happy and exhausted when he leaves and I enjoy checking in and watching him play (using the on-site camera) periodically.
So far I have found the staff to be super friendly and helpful
