Have more front desk people so that you don’t come in when no one is there and so that if someone wants to discuss their pet the rest of the people don’t have to wait.
Welcoming and friendly staff, being open house so you can check in anytime on the cameras on our family furry friends! All the fun stuff you do and offer to be creative and keep our pooch engaged! Always accommodating and easy to get hold of, responsive and can help out last minute as needed
Great service and everyone is very good with Abbey.
Abbey is so excited when we pull in the driveway and when she is greeted at the front door, her tail is wagging in circles. She loves Dogtopia!!!

I like the way they have activities in the room for the dogs, bubbles or slides to climb.
My dog is young age needs to be on leash to calm down sometimes
They work with each dog a little each day
Obi love coming to you. He loves his fur friends and his handlers there. You treat him so well and if he needs a time out you give it to him.
He’s received great training a guidance from you.
