Friendly staff, knowledgeable trainers, clean and well cared for facilities. My dog comes out smelling nice, is happy and tired all the play.
Staff is very friendly and supportive
Everything. The whole staff are so friendly and accommodating, and our dog loves it there, I love that I can check in on her throughout the day via web cam and drop off and pick up times are flexible. The app is easy to use for checking in on her and booking visits, and I cannot stress enough how amazing the staff are, they really go above and beyond expectations. Dog people really are the best people lol the only thing I would change would be to add a grassy pee patch somewhere inside because our dog is so well potty trained she often refuses to go to the bathroom at daycare. But that’s just my dog lol Milton dogtopia is amazing and I will take our dog there as much as I can because it’s amazing and she loves it.
Love that you can see how your dog is doing and the openess of the cameras and facility. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability to send messages via the app maybe, or to have a whatsapp available to message your teams, that would be really great.
Your staff are friendly, informative and caring.
They care for your fur baby like their own! They learn their personalities and support them being a frat dog o. How they interact with each other!
It would be nice to have an outdoor area, although I realize the location is not conducive to that.
