They’re super helpful

I love the people! I have complete trust in the people taking care of my dog. Gus (the dog) LOVES going to Dogtopia and runs to meet the person who comes to take him to his play room. I am contacted if there are any issues and updated if the care givers see anything going on with Gus – if he seems to not feel good, changes in eating, anything I should know about. And I know Gus is totally safe if I have to board him for a few days. He’s somewhere he loves to be and I don’t feel guilty! I highly recommend Dogtopia Oro Valley.

I like that the coaches know my pup’s name and always greet her by name when she arrives. I also like that they are attentive to her need sometimes for a little extra rest. I love the craft projects. But mostly I love how much joy going to daycare brings to my pup. She is always so happy when she arrives! It makes me feel comfortable leaving her there.

All of the employees show a genuine caring spirit towards all dogs in their charge. They are very friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to help with scheduling accommodations.
Their play areas are kept very clean and large enough to let all the dogs play! They play together and get along well.
I enjoy the ability to sign in and watch the dogs from time to time during the day.

Ari and the team are fantastic! The only thing we feel is lacking is staffed over night, this is why Zion never has over night stays/boarding. We just don’t leave home without him due to lack of boarding options in Tucson. We have cameras at home too- so it would be the same as paying to stay at Dogtopia in terms of supervision and safety in our minds for overnight stays. Zion is excited to go to daycare and have community nap time and play time with his friends; human and dog!

While I like how convienent the pickup and dropoff times are (Only doggie daycare in my experience that actually works for people who don’t work a strict 9-5 job – and half the doggie daycares I’ve seen don’t even work for that), the most important thing to me, is that my dog likes it. I come to drop off, and as soon as a Dogtopia employee comes out to get him, my dog whips around, yanks the leash from my hand and goes trotting off back. He knows where to go and he’s impatient to get there. Makes drop offs much easier than when the dog doesn’t want to go.

I love how excited my dog gets every time we’re walking up to Dogtopia, and how much everyone cares for him when he’s there.

The staff at Oro Valley is great, although there has been a lot of turnover recently.

I do not like that the pups start getting put away at 11:50, when they are already going to be locked up for 2 hours. I also don’t like that it takes so long to get the pups out of their crates at the 2pm mark, sometimes it can take 15-20 minutes, and the dogs have already been locked up for 2 hours.

The staff is great and our dog loves going to Dogtopia. The staff is communicative and cares a lot about their pups, you can feel they love them.

My dog is very happy to arrive at your facility which means she likes the facility and I also know she likes the staff and they are very good with her. I have passed on my recommendations to other pet owners.
