Staff is very caring and attentive to the pets. Clean and safe environment and i know my fur babies are in good hands

I enjoy that the dogs are receiving the appropriate attention they need and that I can check-in during the day via webcams.

I like that the location has other available services such as grooming – and recommended services for teeth cleaning.

Everything! The staff is super friendly, the coaches are amazing with Penny and Penny is learning and socializing more than she ever has.

Dogtopia is a great place to bring our dog when she needs to spend time with other dogs. It provides a clean, safe space for her to be. The staff there are always friendly and super helpful. Having access to the webcams is a nice bonus to be able to quickly check in to see how she’s doing.

Dogtopia Orleans provided a great service for our Bear and our family too! The staff were super friendly, professional and attentive and the location was very clean, well set up and more space and rooms than I expected based on the outside view of the building. It is indoors and has air conditioning so it is perfect for all weather. We felt very safe leaving our dog there. Based on first impressions alone and our dog willingly leaving me to go play – I would have felt safe even without the cameras but when playcare locations have cameras, this obviously always provides an added level of comfort. Cameras are fun to have too for when you are missing your dog and just to peak in quickly. We did so a bit and smile and laugh watch him play, good around, follow staff around looking for more belly rubs or just napping to recharge for the next round of play! Bear is excited for his next visit and I am excited to have found a great place to bring him when it is too hot or too cold or too icy outside or for when we can’t give him the attention he deserves because of our work or other schedules.

Amazing team from front to end, I so much trust keeping Tessa at the doggy day care.
I never thought Tessa will ever be able to feel safe and calm being surrounded by other dogs.
