Leaving your dog overnight doesn’t have to make you feel guilty. At Dogtopia of Moon Township, pups are treated to a staycation, where they play with their furry friends, stay active during playroom exercises, and strengthen their mental muscles by participating in mind-stimulating brain games. It’s nothing but tail-wagging fun!

Our overnight stays are special because the dogs are already familiar with our playrooms, routine, and staff. All pups enjoy open play during the day in one of our three spacious playrooms, where we’ve carefully grouped our guests based on their size, temperament, and play style. From noon until 2 p.m., they rest and reset for lunch and naptime, then resume playing, learning, and exercising until closing.
Here’s an overview of boarding at Dogtopia of Moon Township:
- Overnight stays include all day play up until bedtime around 9 p.m.
- Dogs will each have an individual house (large crate) in their playroom to rest and dream about the next day at daycare.
- Pups staying overnight are welcome to have a personal item (such as a bed or a blanket) to remind them of home.
- Around 5 a.m., the sleepover ends, and pups are let out for their morning potty break.
- Breakfast is served, and dogs have time to digest their meal before all their daycare friends show up for play time.
- Pet parents have the option to book some spa treatments at our doggie spa, so they can pick up a pup who looks (and smells) like a million bones!

Our facility prioritizes doggie safety in the following ways:
- Our team of Canine Coaches stay with pups throughout the day to not only supervise, but to interact with them, help them break the ice with other dogs, and engage in activities that target their physical, emotional, and mental health. All Coaches must undergo comprehensive training so that they’re skilled in doggy language and behavior.
- We keep like-minded dogs together, which helps encourage safe, confident play.

- We encourage pet parents to book at least three days of daycare for their dog prior to their overnight stay, so pups can feel safe and develop greater familiarity in our space.
- Before any dog can join us, they must complete a Meet & Greet evaluation to assess their behavior and comfort at our facility.
Our facility prioritizes cleanliness in the following ways:
- We deep clean and sanitize all playroom surfaces twice a day to keep it looking and smelling fresh.
- We have advanced HVAC systems that maintain fresh, circulating air.
- We only use dog-safe cleaning products, so pups are never exposed to harsh chemicals.
CHECK IN ON YOUR DOG WHILE YOU’RE AWAY WITH DOGTOPIA WEBCAMS
We encourage pet parents to connect to our playroom webcams so they can see all the fun their furry family member has during their staycation at our facility. The only time we turn off our webcam livestream is between 12-2 p.m., when the lights are dimmed for naptime, and overnight (but you won’t miss anything, as pups are sleeping peacefully in their crates).
