🕒 What are your hours of operation?

We’re open Monday–Friday from 7am to 7pm. On Saturdays, daycare runs 8am to 4pm. We’re closed for daycare on Sundays, but staff stays on site to care for boarding pups. Staff arrives by 5:45am on weekdays. Let us know ahead of time if you need early drop-off—we’ll meet you at the door.

🐾 What are your boarding rates?

Boarding costs $80 per night for non-enrolled pups. That includes daycare and an overnight stay. Enrolled dogs receive a $10 discount per night. We also subtract your daycare plan value from the $80 total. Example: With a two-day plan, boarding for three nights would cost $30/night for two nights, then $70 for the third.

🌳 Do the dogs get outdoor playtime?

Yes! We take pups outside when the weather allows. Time outside depends on conditions and each day’s energy level.

🚫 What if my pup misses a week?

Give us advance notice, and we’ll pause your payment. If there’s a last-minute emergency or illness, we’ll credit you for the next visit and pause future payments.

🐶 Do you offer multi-dog discounts?

No, discounts apply when you enroll in weekly plans. Each dog must have their own plan for tracking, scheduling, and record keeping purposes.

📅 Are my visit days flexible?

Yes! Use your plan days any way you’d like, schedule in advance or walk-in. Can’t make it? No problem. Call us and pick a new day—no cancellation fees.

🐕 Do you help nervous pups before group play?

Yes, we ease them in slowly. We can stretch the meet-and-greet over several days if needed. Open play doesn’t suit every dog, but we’ll try our best.

💤 What happens if my dog boards on Sunday?

We provide a full daycare experience on Sunday for boarding pups. While we don’t offer walk-in daycare that day, your dog still gets play and care with our on-site Canine Coaches.

🎓 Do you offer dog training?

Not formally, but we reinforce training you do at home. Let us know what you’re working on—like “sit” or “no jumping”—and we’ll help support those behaviors during daycare.
