The staff is amazing! Always so clean in the facility! So caring for my pup!
Everyone is always kind and respectful and loves the animals that they have in their care. My dog always gets excited when she goes there. I love not needing to worry about my pet when I go into the office because I always have access to the camera and can see my dog playing and having a great time.

Love that the dogs are not crated very long each day.
I love everything but the fact that my dog has gotten sick there a few times but that’s to be expected. We love it there.
Friendly staff, clean play area, cameras for me to see Ares playing, and attentive humans watching over playtime. 🙂

The staff is amazing and kind- excellent customer service. They have great patience towards my big baby- and he can be a handful sometimes.
I love the passion they have towards hm. I appreciate all that they do. I don’t have to worry him at all and he cant wait to go each time 😁
Well organized – I just have had one small issue that has happend twice in the last half-year ,,, my dog Jesse is an escape artist from every kind of harness that i bought ,,, he is only secure using a ‘choke chain’ — i was told that the choke chain and his collar with tags is removed before placed in the play area, which is fine with me – BUT – the dog handler MUST put the ‘choke chain’ on properly before putting him back into the lobby handing me the leash — he is so ‘smart’ he will back-out if not properly put onto him — that happened 3x at the Northville Dogtopia and the reason I moved to the Plymouth location. Main Reason I gave a 9 rating because you do NOT have a big turnover of personnel. All personnel treat me with respect and WELCOME me whan I arrive and PLAY with Jesse (He is so happy to be dropped off, even though only 50# when we exit the SUV he is ‘dragging me’ to the front door. Keep up the Great Work!
