Awesome! They realy care about our pets!
Staff are professional. Programming is well orchestrated (drop off times, limiting number of dogs in lobby, requesting day care in advance, answering questions for new families).
They took my pup when she was having an intestinal upset as an emergency kenneling because i was having surgery and had no one to watch her. They have a great staff that really love the pets. They took exceptional care of her and called me when they had a concern. The facility was very clean and someone is with the dogs at all times.
Everybody is friendly and I like the different activities they have for the dogs.
Everyone is friendly and knows my dog and me. My dog loves coming and we know he is well taken care of there!
Clean
As an original customer when you all opened, I feel like the consistency has declined. Usually when they prepare the dog to leave home with their owners, they spray the dog or wipe the dog and the dog would smell good. There is none of that happening. When I asked several times about it, the answer has been “they” are “supposed” to do it. Who is “they”? and the “suppose to be doing it part” = it is not happening at all.
We love Dogtopia Plymouth! Our little guy Henry is always excited when he gets to see his doggy friends!

It’s obvious the workers LOVE dogs! All dogs! It’s like a well oiled machine there! Very efficient!
