Well organized – I just have had one small issue that has happend twice in the last half-year ,,, my dog Jesse is an escape artist from every kind of harness that i bought ,,, he is only secure using a ‘choke chain’ — i was told that the choke chain and his collar with tags is removed before placed in the play area, which is fine with me – BUT – the dog handler MUST put the ‘choke chain’ on properly before putting him back into the lobby handing me the leash — he is so ‘smart’ he will back-out if not properly put onto him — that happened 3x at the Northville Dogtopia and the reason I moved to the Plymouth location. Main Reason I gave a 9 rating because you do NOT have a big turnover of personnel. All personnel treat me with respect and WELCOME me whan I arrive and PLAY with Jesse (He is so happy to be dropped off, even though only 50# when we exit the SUV he is ‘dragging me’ to the front door. Keep up the Great Work!

I enjoyed the thoroughness of the Meet & Greet & tour! It allowed me to ask any questions I have and see the facility!

Everyone is super nice! My work schedule is always changing and they always accommodate me. My dog loves it too!!

Friendly and responsive staff. Play rooms are kept clean and dogs are never alone. Coaches respond quickly to redirect dogs when necessary. Staff care about the dogs and get to know them.

Bailey played for most of the day and then had a spa bath and nails! As always he looked amazing and smelled so clean. Thanks Dogtopia staff…awesome experience!

All the staff are fantastic. Biscuit has a great time every day that she goes to daycare. We love that we can check the cameras while she’s there and man does she pass out when she gets home. Having spa services done while she’s there is also amazing. I also love how easy it is to schedule everything!

The staff is always so excited to see Bebe! They are super friendly and Bebe is always excited to be there! When we schedule a bath for her they always do a great job. Highly recommend Dogtopia!

Willow loves coming to dogtopia!! I’ve watched other people bringing their pups there and they are just as excited!! One dog ran out of the car up to the door before the owner could get the leash on, a testament to the fun times ahead. 😁😁😁. My dog has a lot of energy and it’s cute how tired she is after her busy day. She has grown a lot more confident than she was when we first started taking her here. Thanks for taking care of her. ❤️❤️❤️
