I love the team. They are sooo nice. They always make Murphy’s day. He loves it there and so do I. The team is awesome and brightens our day every time we go! Plus my dog has so much fun and I trust they are keeping all the dogs safe.

Staffing I think has been an issue for awhile. As such, the care that was taken to maintain the play rooms and wiping down of pups before they are checked out is not what it use to be. I have found I need to bath my pup after every session now because his paws are filthy and he smells of urine.

Convenient location, friendly staff, Stella is happy when I pick her up.

Really have been happy with DogTopia Garden Home over all. Especially impressed with Annika. However, I am concerned about the seemingly increasing staff turnover. One of the pluses of bringing my two there is the former staff knew the dogs and what to expect. That is becoming rare with a lot of new faces regularly. (I appreciate how difficult it is to keep staffing up).

Also, wait times for pick up are getting too long and people are stacked up in the small lobby area for extended periods of time. I assume due to staffing issues. Staff some times seem stressed, confused and over whelmed at pick up.
I hope this is helpful. Just being candid so you can use it for getting better. I have talked to other customers who have expressed the same experiences.
