Staff, dog care, facility, convenience❣️
I like how excited my dog is to go and spend time with other dogs. Her tail starts wagging as we enter the parking lot. When I pick her up, she always wants to stop at the desk and say goodbye to the staff which makes me believe that she is well treated. I can see her on the videos during the day and she stays clean. The location is convenient, as well.
Our 11 year old german shepard was recently bathed and groomed at Dogtopia. They did an excellent job. While I was ther several other dogs came in for their doggy day care services. All of them were just so happy to be there. One woman told me that her 4 year old puppy knew exactly where they were going and was ecstatic about the coming adventure.

I love that the staff is warm and welcoming. The facility is clean and comfortable for the dogs, and the dogs are welcomed and well cared for. My little dog has such a great time and is so excited to be there that I have a hard time containing her until we can get in the door. I have every confidence that my girl will be well cared for, socialize with other dogs and people and come home a tired, happy little girl.
The staff are always kind and caring towards our pups. They cater to both our 10-year old Great Pyrenees mix who likes napping and our 7 month old, rambunctious, social Bully mix who will play with any dog who will tolerate her puppy antics. Lots of wonderful activities and discounted services throughout the month like discountedbaths and teeth cleaning. The floors in the room that they use are gentle on their paws for long-term/daily use. (I have used other dog daycares that have caused cuts, soreness, and calluses to paw pads.) I love being able to watch the room all day for no additional charge in the app. At the end of the day, our dogs are safe and happy playing while we work all day which provides a wonderful alternative to 40+ hours a week in a kennel at home.
Personnel are very friendly and responsive. Webcams are a plus. Practice good hygiene
Staff is great and super helpful. My dog is pretty reactive and selective, but he really seems to enjoy being there. I also feel very confident that he will be happy and safe when he is boarded
