Everyone is communicative (regarding pick up from spa), my dog isn’t a playful dog (she’s 11 so she basically just stands around) but doesn’t seem to be upset going to boarding care. Love the webcam.
It’s too bad there’s no outside space, and hours on weekends are a challenge which often cause us to need an extra night boarding.

Love ALL the staff. Love their passion for our pups. Love the live video to see our pups. Great location. Keep up the awesome work you do!!

We love how you all have been so kind and loving to our pup, Kevin. You really go the extra mile to throw a ball for him when he needs to get his energy out. Instead of just putting him in a crate (although I know that is sometimes needed, of course). That’s really going the extra mile. Plus you know his regular snack! Wait times to pick him up and drop off are really quick, which is great for a busy work schedule. Thank you!

Personal and professional care is what I want for my dogs. All of the staff are courteous and clear in their communication. They are helpful and compassionate. My dog loves going to daycare. We have the PitPat app and I can see she is far more active at Dogtopia than just hanging around at home. Optional meals can be a huge help during hectic times and having the spa on site means on less errand for me.

Informed and friendly staff who really love dogs! They made it so easy for me to re-introduce my dog so that she could board as needed and become a happy frequent flyer.

The staff! Everyone is awesome and I trust them all to take care of Oslow while he’s there. Pay them more, they deserve it!

The lunch break is too long. We may move to another day care due to this
