My only disappointment is that for Daisy’s one night stay, we included a bedtime treat and a nap treat (we picked her up after 2pm) and neither treat was given to her. We included the treat in the instructions and each was in a labeled baggie with her name and the time of day to give it. I did not call or email because I figured at least her two meals (dinner and breakfast) were given to her. I’m not sure how this could have been so easily missed 2 times in just over 24 hours.

I loved the ton of information that was given, how gentle and attentive the folks are with all the pups.

Your people are amazing: friendly, thoughtful, caring. They are the best part, although my dog would likely say the dog friends and snacks are the best.

Allow customers to skip one week at a time. The two week minimum skip is HIGHLY inconvenient.

You really know my dog well and genuinely care about her. Never feel like I’m “parking” her somewhere. ALL the dogs really want to go into the daycare, and that says a lot about you.
