The convenience of the waterfront location.
The staff are professional, but more importantly, compassionate and caring. Service exceeds expectations on a regular basis. This establishment is operated by a team full of heart, and I couldn’t be happier or more impressed with their efforts.
The staff has been so wonderful to my puppy and I am so grateful that they have taken him in with such warm hands! I was nervous at first, but I truly feel comfortable leaving my puppy with them for as long as I need.

Other than going to Waterfront Dogtopia being the absolute highlight of my dog, Jack’s, week, what I most appreciate is the flexibility that if offers. Multiple times this last month spur of the moment things cropped up where I needed to board Jack with little notice. Each time the quick boarding arrangements were hassle free and it was such a relief to know Jack would be well cared for.
The peace of mind alone makes Waterfront Dogie Day Care priceless to me 🐶🐾🐶
They love Nova here. Was thinking on using the new dogtopia closer to our home, but south waterfront takes such good care of Nova every time she stays with you.
Whiskey and T-Rex are always happy to stay with their Dogtopia South Waterfront friends. Kudos to the staff members for taking good care of our dogs. We feel confident and at ease every time we are back with them.

Other than my dog, Jack, loving day care, the best part for me is being able to board Jack on short notice when last minute engagements crop up. That has happened 3 x this last month. Something unplanned came up and when I called late in the day and asked to board Jack I was greeted with a cheerful, “yes”. That really took the pressure off me and gave me such peace of mind knowing Jack would be well taken of. He was happy and I was very grateful for Dogtopia’ flexibility 🎁❤️🎁
