Very warm and friendly staff, good bat and spa services. I have to take two dogs to a groomer for haircuts and woud love to find a groomer.

I love the web cams so I can peek in and see what the pugs are up to. I also like how easy it is to schedule in the app and the curbside option since parking is a nightmare in south waterfront. I also like the little crafts and other enrichment activities from time to time.

Dogtopia at South Waterfront has been exceptionally in making Cavi feel at home. A cross country move is not easy on a dog, but they have done everything they can to get her into a good routine. They have been so friendly and accommodating with her.

You are flexible with me at times when I have to pick Kevin up between 12-2 pm. This is huge! Sometimes that’s the only Tim that works for me. I like this location for how easy it is to bring Kevin in and out – plus you will bring him in/out for me! Also huge! Snack kings with peanut butter are great too – but I think maybe those are at the Pearl location only? Thank you for taking care of Kevin!
