Keep someone at the front desk. It is not uncommon (especially in the mornings) that there is no one around. That leaves the customer just standing there hoping someone will show up.

I’ve been taking my pup to Dogtopia since she was 8 months old. I had a bad experience with an at home daycare. They made me think my 6 month old lab puppy was the worst trained, worst behaved beast they’d ever seen. I was very nervous when we went for our meet and greet. Come to find out…my pup was a completely normal lab puppy! She’s been going once a week nearly every week for about 2 years now. She LOVES her day care days, and having Dogtopia to burn off some of her energy saved both of us our sanity. Thank you for helping my baby become a well adjusted, happy pup.

The hours are unbeatable.

Great service, safe friendly and fun for my pup

I love what a great place it is for dogs to socialize. The staff are amazing at what they do! I like the spa services offered. It’s so cute getting to watch the dogs play on the webcams. Brightens my day getting to see my little bug just being his adorable self. I’m really happy that Leo has such a wholesome place to play when I’m at work. He’s always really happy to be there and that makes me happy too. Thank you to everyone at the South Waterfront Dogtopia for being so awesome!!!!
