Friendly staff and good communication

The staff is professional and gracious. Our dog feels comfortable and he is excited to go to daycare at the Dogtopia facility.

I love how dedicated and caring the staff are with my dog. I feel genuinely safe and happy to leave her there, know they love her as much as I do.

The staff is great and I really like curbside

The small dogs are kept separate from the large dogs all the time, curbside service, the staff are always friendly and responsive to calls or emails, they’re on top of vaccines, they do fun activities like arts and crafts and photos. I’m sure those are a total hassle for the staff, but it’s definitely a factor when choosing which daycare to use. I also love the cameras so I can peek in occasionally and see what the pugs are doing.

People are great, love that our puppy loves the staff. She gets excited when she sees where we are going.

Friendly staff, air conditioned play areas, dogs are monitored at all times, and most of all my dog is SO excited to play every day when I drop him off and comes home happy to me!

Full service facility.

Dogs with disruptive behavior are crated for reset time thus not avoiding them to take over the play area. This is what my dog, Jack, did when he 1st came to Waterfront Dogtopia. They immediately put him on the puppy schedule where he was created for reset time 10 minutes each hour. Plus extra crate times when Jack started running around stirring the other dogs up. The previous 3 dog day cares just told me Jack was a behavior problem and lacked self control but did NOTHING to help Jack gain self control!!! Dogtopia’s program has hugely helped Jack calm down at the daycare and this has carried over to a calmer better behaved dog at home too!!! Jack totally loves daycare and comes home a tired, happy dog!!!
