How my dog’s specific needs are taken into account.
The staff is very friendly and caring. They are what makes this Dogtopia stand out as a wonderful and caring facility. The place is very clean, orderly, and the schedules are adhered to. I recommend Dogtopia Short Pump for their excellent service.
Incorrect boarding dates. I sent correction and have not been acknowledged.
Having one person consistently at the front desk would make customers feel more confident, I think.
