DAYCARE PRE-PAID PASS PACKAGES TERMS & CONDITIONS: This offering is a prepaid, non-renewing package of daycare services, valid for 90 days from the date of purchase. It is not a gift card or certificate, carries no cash value, and may not be redeemed for other services, merchandise, or credit. Unused visits do not roll over and are non-refundable, except where required by law. The pass does not auto-renew and does not convert into a recurring membership. Passes are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing customer and their enrolled dog. Fees may vary by location, and passes are only valid at the original issuing Dogtopia location. The purchase price secures a fixed number of daycare visits, regardless of any future pricing changes. Dogtopia Franchisees may, at their sole discretion, extend expiration dates or make accommodations in cases of death, disability, or relocation, as permitted by applicable law.
