Everyone was so friendly and was really encouraging when my pup was nervous. She eventually felt so comfortable and whenever I checked in on the cameras, I saw her having amazing time! I appreciate the A.W Grimes Round rock team! ❤️

Overall the staff friendliness and how they attend and care for our pets. They keep you informed of the status of your pet and if there is anything wrong or concern. That fact that you can view your pet daily to see how they are doing at the daycare. I like that they will work for you if you run into an issue with picking up your pet.

The staff are so friendly and helpful to my calls and concerns. Its a pleasure knowing I can see my dog on the cameras while at the location. They even have downtime for the dogs. Ive been going to Round Rock Dogtogia since 2019. I highly recommend this place of business for anyones dog along with the spa and boarding they offer.
