I love Dogtopia, and the Round Rock location is the latest reason why. I will be using them all the time, at least once a week! They were so great!
My dog is eager to go. That says she is happy. The staff love her. Plus I get to watch her on webcam.
I love how easily it is to schedule a daycare visit for my dog. I’m also so happy with the video feature! I’m able to check in on him throughout the day. The office is always so clean and staff has been super friendly with my pup.

Everyone is always super friendly and my furbaby definitely loves it! She always gets so excited when she realizes she’s on her way for a day over there. She gets the wiggles and I swear if she could, she’d jump right out of the car as soon as we turned into the parking lot!
Everybody there show that they really love dogs and my dog—Chase—-loves them right back.
They also are very nice to all the dog parents.. They answer all questions and concerns to the best of their ability. Staff is friendly and kind to everybody!

I love how everyone is excited to see my fur babyand know her by name.The staff loves on her while she is there and I get to see my dogter get her loves and cuddles on the camera.
Friendly Staff and easy availability.
Staff are helpful, informative, and friendly.
Only one issue was my dog got bite on nose and ear. She got proper teat and didn’t have inspection but left scar.
I had watched webcams everyday. Staff were work hard and busy to do cleaning and watching dogs. Some of dogs did aggressive(or high energy) play/mount other dogs but sometimes staff response was not quick enough.
Needs more staff or better filtering/separation by dog characteristic.
