All of the employees are friendly, I know my dog is safe, and that he is getting exercise. The staff is always in the play area, and they keep the environment harmonious. I love that I can check in on my dog through the webcam. Side note: I only take my dog when I have to go out of town, which is pretty regularly. He stays for 3-4 days at a time, spends the night, etc. I’ve been doing this for about 5-years now, and have never had a problem. My dog seems to like it.
